Sunday Savasana: A Restorative Morning

Every 3rd Sunday of the Month


Take a deep breath and gift yourself a morning of pure rest and renewal at Kyōku House. I invite you to join me for 2.5 hours of gentle care and stillness, where we’ll explore the soothing practices of restorative yoga, yin yoga, and gentle stretches, with some sessions offering the deeply relaxing experience of yoga Nidra. We’ll end with an extended Savasana, allowing your body and mind to fully let go and reset.


This is your space to slow down, soften, and reconnect with yourself—away from the busyness of everyday life. It’s a time to breathe deeply, listen to your body, and simply be. Whether you’re craving peace, restoration, or a mindful pause, this practice will help you leave the week behind and step into the new one with clarity and calm.
