Many women experience multiple physical discomforts at the same time, leaving both clients and practitioners unsure where to begin. Heel pain, migraines, abdominal tension, menstrual irregularities, pelvic discomfort, digestive disturbances, or shoulder tightness may appear unrelated — yet often, they share a single root cause.
This 5-day workshop offers a clear, traditional framework for understanding and addressing these complex presentations. Guided by experienced therapist Pi Jem, you will learn the art and practice of uterus lifting — an ancestral women’s health technique passed down to her by Grandmother Sa-ing, a respected traditional midwife from Southern Thailand who cared for women throughout her 93 years of life.
A whole-body approach to women’s pelvic health
In traditional Thai women’s medicine, uterine displacement is understood as a major cause of recurring or chronic symptoms. When the uterus shifts from its optimal position, the body compensates in many ways — producing pain, tension, irregular cycles, urinary issues, or symptoms that seem disconnected.
Through gentle, precise hands-on work, this workshop teaches you how to restore balance to the pelvic organs and surrounding structures. By addressing the root, rather than treating symptoms in isolation, practitioners can support deeper and more lasting improvement.
Why join?
This training gives you practical, immediately applicable techniques and a clear diagnostic framework for working holistically with women’s health.
