Workshop overview
Osteothai Freeing the Spine is a 3-day bodywork intensive for therapists who want to treat the root causes of spinal pain — not only the symptoms. Using Osteothai’s holistic, hands-on approach, you’ll learn how to restore movement, balance, and function across the musculoskeletal, nervous, fascial, and visceral systems so the spine can heal naturally.
Through gentle, structurally informed techniques you’ll gain practical tools to locate and release restrictions, improve spinal mobility, and support long-term resilience for your clients.
Why join?
This workshop gives you immediately applicable skills and a whole-body framework for working with spinal conditions.
Relieve pain, not mask it: Work at the source of lumbar, dorsal, and chronic low-back pain.
Improve posture & alignment:Restore spinal balance that supports sustainable movement.
Increase mobility & flexibility:Practical techniques to free joints, fascia and soft tissues.
Reduce stiffness & inflammation:Promote calm, structural release and better function.
Prevent recurrence:Learn strategies to address patterns that predispose clients to repeat injury.
A whole-body approach
Osteothai treats the spine as part of an interconnected system. What looks like “back pain” is often driven by imbalances in the nervous system, fascial continuity, visceral restrictions or compensations elsewhere in the body. By working systemically you’ll be able to uncover hidden drivers and create longer-lasting outcomes.
What you’ll learn
Assessment strategies to locate primary drivers of spinal restriction.
Hands-on Osteothai techniques to restore lumbar and thoracic mobility.
How to integrate fascial, visceral and neural considerations into spinal work.
Dynamic and static releases for the pelvis, sacrum, lumbar spine, thoracolumbar junction, and surrounding myofascia.
Treatment progressions that move clients from immediate relief to improved function and resilience.
Client education and simple home practices to support long-term change.
Benefits for your clients
Reduced back and referred pain

Greater joint range of motion
Less muscle tension and improved tissue health

Workshop overview
Chi Nei Tsang is a traditional abdominal therapy that supports harmony within the internal organs and the digestive system. Rooted in ancient Taoist healing practices, this method works directly with the belly — the body’s emotional and energetic center — to release tension, move stagnant Qi, and restore inner balance.
In this 5-day workshop, Pi Jem guides you through the art of emotional detoxification through abdominal touch. You will learn how stress, unprocessed emotions, and long-held experiences accumulate within the organs, and how gentle, precise techniques can help the body digest and release these patterns.
A whole-body approach to emotional wellbeing
Chi Nei Tsang views the abdomen as a living map of our inner world. When emotional residue accumulates, it may appear as digestive discomfort, shallow breathing, anxiety, fatigue, or chronic tension throughout the body. By working softly yet deeply with the organs, practitioners help clients reconnect with themselves, promoting emotional clarity and physical ease.
This workshop blends traditional wisdom with hands-on practice, giving you the tools to safely support emotional unfolding and restore the natural flow of Qi.
Why join?
This training gives you practical techniques and a clear framework for working with emotional stress stored in the body.

Many women experience multiple physical discomforts at the same time, leaving both clients and practitioners unsure where to begin. Heel pain, migraines, abdominal tension, menstrual irregularities, pelvic discomfort, digestive disturbances, or shoulder tightness may appear unrelated — yet often, they share a single root cause.
This 5-day workshop offers a clear, traditional framework for understanding and addressing these complex presentations. Guided by experienced therapist Pi Jem, you will learn the art and practice of uterus lifting — an ancestral women’s health technique passed down to her by Grandmother Sa-ing, a respected traditional midwife from Southern Thailand who cared for women throughout her 93 years of life.
A whole-body approach to women’s pelvic health
In traditional Thai women’s medicine, uterine displacement is understood as a major cause of recurring or chronic symptoms. When the uterus shifts from its optimal position, the body compensates in many ways — producing pain, tension, irregular cycles, urinary issues, or symptoms that seem disconnected.
Through gentle, precise hands-on work, this workshop teaches you how to restore balance to the pelvic organs and surrounding structures. By addressing the root, rather than treating symptoms in isolation, practitioners can support deeper and more lasting improvement.
Why join?
This training gives you practical, immediately applicable techniques and a clear diagnostic framework for working holistically with women’s health.
